Sun-dried Wild Tea (生) | April 2026

A highly limited batch of 1.5 kg from the first day of tea picking in April 2026 from our village, Huay Khun Phra. Weather conditions were perfect for an even withering and sun-drying, offering a clean tasting brew with delicate and bright character, with strong floral notes and slight fruitiness. Long and sweet lingering aftertaste that will deepen with age. 

Brewing recommendations:

3g / 100ml water
Lower temperature / under boiling temperature.
Pour carefully to not agitate the leaves too much.
Short steeps are recommended.
