A small-batch production from the forest of Northern Lampang. With such an early harvest, it is a rather rare material. The processing of white tea is highly sensitive to weather, as it is withering that is the most important, and this batch required constant monitoring and moving of the leaves to ensure even and gradual withering.
The result is a white tea that is smooth and soft in character, with little to no bitterness, while maintaining characteristic floral fragrance, and it is suitable for drinking in season as well as aging.
Brewing recommendations:
2.5g / 100ml water
Lower temperature (80 C)
Pour carefully to not agitate the leaves.
Longer steeps are recommended (30 secs throughout several brews).
Water TDS +/- 50
