A limited production from our tea studio in Huay Khun Phra, inspired by the Yellow Tea (黃茶) processing techniques and dried using the mild fire of a charcoal stove. The result is a fragrant and smooth brew with pronounced sweetness. Suitable to be drunk in season

Brewing recommendations:

3g / 100ml water
Lower temperature / under boiling temperature.
Pour carefully to not agitate the leaves too much.
Short steeps are recommended.
