Our fully hand-processed tea, made in our small tea studio in Huay Khun Phra of Chiang Rai province. Here, the villagers primarily produce ‘Miang’ as the tea trees have a characteristic sweetness.
Brewing recommendations:
3g / 100ml water
Lower temperature / under boiling temperature.
Pour carefully to not agitate the leaves too much.
Short steeps are recommended.
